Arnon Thitiprasert opened Roast8ry around 2020 after parting ways with Ristr8to, following three straight Thai national latte art titles. The flagship says it draws on five coffee championship disciplines: latte art, barista, coffee in good spirits, brewers and roasting.
Beans come in three tiers: house blends in dark, medium and light roasts, rotating single origins, and Champion lots. Thai beans sit among the sources, and the menu includes cold drip and coffee cocktails.
